Pre-Wedding Photo Shoot
A pre-wedding photo session lasts up to an hour. It is a great opportunity for you to get comfortable in front of the camera as well as for us to get to know each other in a relaxed environment. Not to mention, you will also have some lovely images, which you can then use on your wedding invites or to share on your wedding site.

WEDDING ALBUMS
Wedding albums complete a wedding. Nothing can replicate seeing your wedding photos in print and presented in a beautifully curated album. An album allows you to re-live your wedding day for years to come and even passed down through generations as a heirloom.
I work with a various album provides so I can provide you with a high quality album to suit your budget.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Understandably you have questions! I have provided a list of frequently asked questions and answers below. Hopefully your questions are answered below, but please do not hesitate to get in touch if your question isn’t. I would be more than happy to answer them for you.
How do we go about booking you?
Use my online form to let me know which collection you are interested in, the date, time and location of your wedding. I will check my availability and let you know. If I am available on your date we can have a Zoom call to discuss your wedding plans.
How far in advance do we need to book?
I would advise that you book me or any photographer as soon as you have your venue secured, especially if it’s a weekend in peak wedding season. However, as long as I am available I will accept last minute bookings so do enquire about my availability.
when do we need to pay?
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your date, your date is not confirmed unless a deposit is paid. The balance will be due a month before the wedding date.
do you charge travel expenses?
Travel to wedding venues within the UK are included in my package fee.
when and where do we do a pre-wedding photo session?
Usually this would be done 2-3 months before the wedding date. We don’t want to wait too long to do this in case it interferes with your wedding planning. The location of the shoot would be one that is mutually convenient for all of us.
Do I need to have a pre-wedding photo session?
No you do not have to have a pre-wedding photo session if you do not want, although I have included as part of the Extended Day package. You can add on a pre-wedding photo shoot to the other packages if you would like to have some nice photos of you both for your wedding invitations or just to help you both feel more comfortable in front of the camera.
how much of the day do you cover?
I like to capture as much as I can during the time we have together. Typically the 5 hour intimate collection would cover a twilight wedding or a small wedding with ceremony and sit-down meal. For 10 hours it would usually cover bridal preparation up to the first dance. For 12 hours this would cover more of the preparations and evening events.
Do you do group shots?
Absolutely! I am happy to do group shots and believe you should, especially for close family and friends who have travelled from afar to celebrate your wedding day with you. We can discuss this in our planning meeting so we can factor enough time to capture everyone.
how soon will we receive the images?
All edited images will then be delivered to you in an online gallery within 4-6 weeks of the wedding date.
how many images will I receive?
In my collections I provide a general number of images as a guidance of what can be achieved in the time we have together. Please note that I will not limit the number of images I provide should the images taken exceed what I have stated.
what happens if you are ill on the day?
Photographing any wedding is important to me and I will honour my commitment no matter what. Should I be unable to photograph your wedding I will endeavour to find you a replacement photographer of equal calibre to replace me on the day.
Do you have insurance?
Yes I am fully insured. I am covered for both public liability and professional indemnity.
