PRE-WEDDING PHOTO SESSION
A pre-wedding photo session lasts up to an hour. It is a great opportunity for you to get comfortable in front of the camera as well as for us to get to know each other in a relaxed environment. You will also have some lovely images, which you can then use on your wedding invites or to share on your wedding site.

WEDDING ALBUMS
Wedding albums complete a wedding. Nothing can replicate seeing your wedding photos in print and presented in a beautifully curated album. An album allows you to re-live your wedding day for years to come and even passed down through generations.
I work with Henley Albums to provide you with a high quality album which is hand-printed and bound in the UK.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Understandably you have questions! I have provided a list of frequently asked questions and answers below. Hopefully your questions are answered below, but please do not hesitate to get in touch if your question I would be more than happy to answer them for you.
How do we go about booking you?
Use my online form to let me know which collection you are interested in, the date, time and location of your wedding. I will check my availabiltiy and let you know. If I am available we can have a Zoom call to discuss your photography needs.
How far in advance do we need to book?
I would advise that you book me or any photographer as soon as you have your venue secured, especially if it’s a weekend in peak wedding season. However, as long as I am available I will accept last minute bookings so do enquire about my availability.
when do we need to pay?
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking to secure the date, your date is not confirmed unless a deposit is paid. The balance will be due 4 weeks before the wedding date.
do you charge travel expenses?
Travel to wedding venues within 100 miles (approximately 2 hours drive) of Chigwell, Essex is included in my packages. If your wedding is further afield we can discuss if travel expenses are required.
when and where do we do a pre-wedding photo session?
Usually this would be done 2-3 months before the wedding date. We don’t want to wait too long to do this in case it interferes with your wedding planning. The location of the shoot would be one that is mutually convenient for all of us.
Do I need to have a pre-wedding photo session?
No you do not have to have a pre-wedding photo session if you do not want. They are available if you would like to have some nice photos of you both for your wedding invitations or to help you both feel more comfortable in front of the camera.
how much of the day do you cover?
Depending on the collection you have chosen. For a full day collection (10 hours) this would typically include wedding preparation of up to 2 hours before the ceremony and then up to an hour after the first dance. For the shorter day collection this would be discussed between us to ensure we capture as much as we can within the time we have together.
Do you do group shots?
Absolutely! I am happy to do group shots and believe you should, especially for close family and friends. We can discuss this in our planning meeting so we can factor enough time to capture everyone.
how soon will we receive the images?
All edited images will then be delivered to you in an online gallery within 4-6 weeks of the wedding date during peak wedding season and slightly quicker out of this time.
how many images will I receive?
In my collections I provide a general number of images as a guidance of what can be achieved in the time we have together. Please note that I will not limit the number of images I provide should the images taken exceed what I have stated.
what happens if you are ill on the day?
Photographing any wedding is important to me and I will honour my commitment no matter what. Should I be unable to photograph your wedding I will endeavour to find you a replacement photographer of equal calibre to replace me.
Do you have insurance?
Yes I am fully insured. I am covered for both public liability and professional indemnity.
